Locks-On-Line provides shipping services based on the following terms and guidelines:

1. Delivery Options & Carriers

• Shipping Methods: 

  • Standard Courier

  • Express Courier

• Worldwide Shipping: Orders are dispatched internationally from  Sofia, Bulgaria.

• Country Eligibility: Contact us if your country does not appear in the dropdown list .

2. Rates & Shipping Costs

• Automatic Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  1. The destination country

  2. Total weight and physical dimensions of the package

  3. The selected shipping method (Airmail vs. Standard vs. Express)

3. Order Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking Code: As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code to monitor delivery progress and estimated arrival times.

• Alternative Delivery Address: You can specify a different delivery address during checkout (e.g., work address or alternative location).

• Delivery Schedule: Orders cannot be scheduled for a specific calendar date.

4. Special Requirements & Customs

• Phone Number Requirement: If you choose Expedited/Express Courier Shipping, a valid contact phone number is required at checkout to process the shipment.

• Customs & Import Duties: International orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or carrier clearance fees payable prior to delivery.
