Yes, we sell genuine branded products. We source them directly from leading manufacturers and authorized dealers across our core brands. If you’re interested in a particular product, please send us the link and we’ll be happy to confirm its details.
Check the measurements and specification on the product page carefully before ordering - this matters most for door cylinders, mortice locks, safe locks, vehicle and container locks, keyed-alike systems and replacement keys. If you are not certain, contact us before you order and we will help; where appropriate we recommend consulting a qualified locksmith. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
Worldwide. Orders are dispatched internationally from Sofia, Bulgaria by airmail, standard courier or express courier. If your country does not appear in the dropdown list at checkout, contact us - we are not yet able to deliver there.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout from the destination country, the total weight and dimensions of the package, and the shipping method you choose - airmail, standard or express - so you see the cost before you commit to the order.
If you choose expedited or express courier shipping, a valid contact phone number is required at checkout so the courier can process the shipment.
Yes. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code, so you can follow delivery progress and estimated arrival.
You can specify a different delivery address during checkout - a work address, for example. Orders cannot be scheduled for a specific calendar date.
International orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or carrier clearance fees, payable before delivery. Those charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
Major credit and debit cards, through secure online payment processing, and PayPal express checkout. Bank transfer is also offered at checkout, with the account details shown before you confirm. If you would rather buy through a marketplace, we also sell on eBay, Amazon and Tradera.com.
Prices are denominated natively in Euros. The storefront converts and displays them in a wide range of other currencies - USD, GBP, BGN, CAD, AUD, CHF and more - and you can switch currency at the top of any page.
Product prices are shown excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive price shown alongside them. We are EU One Stop Shop registered, so the VAT applied at checkout is the rate for your own country. VAT-registered business customers elsewhere in the EU can enter their VAT number at checkout.
You have 14 days from the moment of delivery to inspect your order and try or view the items. Items must be returned in their original state and packaging - or a reasonable alternative if the original is no longer usable - with the completed return form inside the package.
The return shipment is at your own expense. We recommend using a service that gives you proof of shipment, such as a Track & Trace code, making sure the parcel has sufficient postage, and keeping your receipt until the return has been fully processed.
Once we receive the returned items you will get a confirmation email, and the refund is processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original order. If items arrive damaged, or show signs of use beyond normal inspection, a fee for depreciation may be charged.
We advise placing a new order for the replacement item rather than processing a direct exchange, and returning the original under the returns procedure above.
Inspect packages and products as soon as you reasonably can after delivery. If a package looks seriously damaged on arrival, document its condition where possible and contact us promptly. For anything damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs or other evidence.
Keep it secure. Where products are supplied with keys, key codes, security cards or other security-related information, you are responsible for keeping that information safe, and you should not send key codes, security-card details or photographs of keys to anyone unauthorised. Some manufacturers set their own requirements for duplicating or replacing keys.
